Our Story
BOOKFIX LLC was founded in 2007 in South Glastonbury, Connecticut, with a simple mission: provide small and mid-sized businesses with the same quality financial management that large enterprises enjoy. Our founder, a licensed CPA with over two decades of experience, recognized that most small business owners struggle with bookkeeping and tax compliance, yet cannot justify the cost of a full-time in-house accounting department.
Over 18 years, we have grown from a solo practice to a team of 14 professionals including CPAs, enrolled agents, and certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. We serve over 850 active clients across Connecticut and throughout New England, representing businesses in more than 15 industries ranging from construction and healthcare to technology and professional services.

Our team combines deep technical expertise with practical business experience. Every team member holds relevant professional credentials and participates in ongoing continuing education. We invest in our people with regular training on tax law changes, software updates, and client service best practices. Client engagements are led by a senior accountant with support from a dedicated team, ensuring continuity and depth of knowledge.
